Kolping House Währing is truly one of the best student residences because it offers so many opportunities. It is located in one of the most beautiful districts of Vienna, close to many surrounding supermarkets, means of transportation, cafés, restaurants, etc. You can easily walk to the city center or to nearby parks. Employees and members of the Kolping Family are always ready to help and assist the residents.

I have been living at the Kolping House for some time. I am very satisfied with the room since it was already fully furnished and very comfortable when I moved in. The central location in Vienna is also very practical as it allows me to quickly get to the university or my workplace. I also appreciate the social interactions with the other house residents and the good communication with the Kolping House team.

Coming to a new country is never easy, which is why encountering helpful people as e.g. at Kolping House Währing can be tremendously encouraging. If you are looking for a cozy familiar atmosphere, you have come to the right place.

The location is quiet and provides ideal transport connections to the city center (15 min. to the main university, 20 min. to St. Stephen's Cathedral, 15 min. to the shopping area Mariahilfer Straße).

The team of employees is very friendly and always ready to help in case residents encounter problems of any kind. The rooms are fairly large, and each room has its own bathroom and lavatory. The house is cleaned every day and kept in good order. There is also a small but beautiful inner courtyard where one can sit in the spring and summer and enjoy the weather (or study :)).

Die Team is very friendly and always there to help. We are often there for events. The event rooms are available for rent. An excellent large room with a stage is available. An outer area is located behind the large room that can also be used (by smokers as well ;))

A large gymnasium can be rented; hosting, e.g., a children's group in the winter is a great idea.
