You will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail that your application has been received and is being processed. Over the coming days we will send you a personal message to the provided e-mail address stating whether we are able to offer you a residence in accordance with your wishes and what the involved costs will be. Payment is performed via bank transfer.

The sooner you send us your application, the more likely your wishes will be fulfilled.

Costs of a residence

If Kolpinghaus Währing has offered you a residence and you wish to reserve this spot bindingly, you must provide one month’s rent as an advance payment. This advance payment is used as your first month’s rent or is retained as a cancellation fee in case of cancellation.

Additionally, a deposit in the amount of € 400.- is to be paid when you move in.

The deposit is refunded when you move out at the end of tenancy provided that the room and key are properly returned and there are no arrears of rent.

A final cleaning fee of € 30.- is charged at the time of the final move-out.

Information about the registration obligation

You are obligated to register your place of residence in Vienna on the first day of moving in if you decide to take up residence at our house. Please consult the municipal district office of our district:
