Advance payment
After Kolping House Währing has provided the subsequent confirmation of a residence placement, an advance payment in the amount of one month’s rent is required for a binding reservation. This advance payment is used as the first month’s rent or retained as a cancellation fee in case of cancellation.
Deposit
A deposit in the amount of € 450.- is to be provided when moving in.
From September 1st. 2024 the deposit is: € 500,-
A final cleaning fee of € 30.- is collected when tenancy has ended.
